Job Descriptions:
Real-time Monitoring: Melakukan pemantauan aktif terhadap log keamanan melalui dashboard SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) untuk mendeteksi anomali.
Analisis & Investigasi Ancaman: Melakukan investigasi awal (L1/L2) terhadap peringatan keamanan dan menentukan apakah peringatan tersebut merupakan ancaman nyata atau false positive.
Maintenance Perangkat Keamanan: Memastikan perangkat SOC (Firewall, IDS/IPS, Endpoint Security) di lokasi dalam kondisi optimal dan melakukan patching atau update jika diperlukan.
Incident Containment: Melakukan langkah-langkah teknis untuk mengisolasi serangan (seperti memblokir IP atau mengisolasi host yang terinfeksi) sesuai arahan prosedur keamanan.
Dokumentasi Teknis: Mencatat setiap kejadian keamanan secara detail dalam sistem ticketing untuk kebutuhan audit dan post-mortem analysis.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a
related field
1–2 years of experience in Network and Security support
Strong understanding of Network and Security fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Firewall Palo Alto
Familiarity
with SIEM tools (QRadar, Stellar Cyber) is preferred
